ABOUT US

We are a small Company, which started as a construction company in 1932, working since the beginning of the urbanization, and transformed into a real state agency, to give a better service to our customers who we regard as friends. 

Not only have we dedicated ourselves to the construction and reform of single-family houses, inside and outside the urbanization of S'AGARÓ VELL - LA GAVIINA, we also offer an integrated service: fiscal advice, insurance, sales, after sales service (garden maintenance, pools, cleanings, security, etc...) and vacational rental, and from now on, we will expand our services to cover the needs of our client.

THE RENT

With more than 30 years of experience in real state, we have specialized in the rental of high standing, offering luxury apartments and villas in the areas of S'Agaró and the exclusive urbanization of S'Agaró Vell-La Gavina. Although we also rent in the surrounding areas, charming houses and apartments, in Platja D'Aro, St Feliu de Guíxols and Sta Cristina D'Aro.

Our office, open to the public all year, has a schedule both winter and summer, to attend any possible eventuality, apart from our phones that are always in operation.
